We are looking for an individual to fill the role of Office Manager/Executive Assistant. Reporting to the President, this person will provide senior level administrative support, while exercising mature judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information pertaining to NetGains Marketing business.
The successful applicant will respond to requests and inquiries from internal and external sources and develop and maintain excellent relations with NetGains Marketing affiliates and external personnel at all levels. This person will provide leadership and guidance to the NetGains Marketing business to ensure consistent communication/information flow throughout the team. The successful applicant will perform a wide variety of duties, including, but not limited to:
- Calendar management for President internal and external meetings, conference calls and other events, taking into account frequent changes and other reprioritization
- Coordination of various meetings
- Maintenance of follow-up files to track upcoming deadlines, etc.
- Scheduling and tracking project activities, ensuring project timelines are met
- Preparation of correspondence and reports/presentations
- Assisting with tracking of costs and contracts and preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Coordination of administrative matters and departmental activities/events
- Coordination and preparation of presentations and agendas for executive meetings
- Execution of all accounts receivable/payable to Netgains Marketing vendors and affiliates
- Liaise between affiliates and clients to ensure project coordination and timelines are met
- Assist in execution of SEO/IM recommendations

- responsible for achieving objectives such as sales volumes and margin goals
Sales - Senior - Outside Sales
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this person is experienced in negotiating sales contracts at the executive level. The incumbent will deliver the company objectives (sales) for the region while understanding the needs of the marketplace. The successful applicant will perform a wide variety of duties, including, but not limited to:
- responsible for achieving objectives such as sales volumes, margin goals and new client acquisition programs
- determining major sales opportunities through the sales force and through timely and accurate sales forecasts
- identifying trends, opportunities and threats
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
- Goal oriented and results driven in an independent environment
- Sales Management experience would be an asset
- Proven sales track record
- Familiarity with internet solutions would be an asset
- Entrepreneurial spirit and highly motivated
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship building skills are crucial
- Access to a home office as this role is virtual
Please note: expected earnings for this role is $70,000 to 85,000 per annum. This position is 100% commission and home based, as such we require a highly motivated individual to fill this role
Operations - General
We are looking for an individual to fill a Consulting Business Manager (Account Manager) position. Reporting to the President this person is experienced in fostering ongoing relationships with clients in a consulting capacity. The incumbent will represent NetGains Marketing at the client level and be responsible in delivering online strategies outlined for clients specific solution. The successful applicant will perform a wide variety of duties, including, but not limited to:
- responsible for communicating outlined strategies developed by NetGains Marketing
- identifying trends, opportunities and threats faced by clients solution
- Liaising between internal departments and client
- responsible for achieving objectives such as sales volumes and margin goals
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- very structured and organized
- Bachelors degree in business or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
- Goal oriented and results driven in an independent environment
- Account Management experience would be an asset
- Proven sales track record
- Familiarity with internet solutions would be an asset
- Entrepreneurial spirit and highly motivated
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship building skills are crucial
