Director of Sales and Marketing
NetGains Marketing Corp is looking to fill the role of Director of Sales and Marketing with someone who is dedicated and eager to go the extra mile to help our clients and the NetGains Marketing Group of Companies.
The Successful Candidate will be responsible for:
- Market Development for our Strategic Consultants
- Online Marketing Campaigns
- Developing, organizing, and executing Monthly Open House workshops
- Developing Marketing/Promotional activities and campaigns
- Networking within the marketplace on behalf of NGM group of companies
- Coordinating/Facilitating new sale contracts
- Developing a Sales Department and call center
Qualifications:
This role is about business and relationships, as such to be successful within this role, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Ability to acquire business expertise and grasps customer centric needs
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written
- Ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences
- Strong listening skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge of industry standards, tools and techniques
- Ability to train and demonstrate new business solutions and document new procedures/user guides
- Post Secondary education
- Sales Management Experience
